Elizabeth T. — I Am Not Sure Who Is Listening

Elizabeth T. lived in a house connected to Rocky Flats property litigation from June 1989 through October 1993, beginning when she was seven years old. She was raised in the area and has continued to spend time around 86th and Kipling. Elizabeth was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 40. Her stepmother, who shared the household but was not biologically related to her, also developed breast cancer and later died. Elizabeth reports that neither family had a history of breast cancer and that her genetic testing did not identify hereditary mutations associated with her diagnosis. “I am not sure who or if anyone is listening to what has happened to us.”
